This has been brought up a few times regarding PC users, but I'm creating this thread because it's affecting us Mac users as well.

I had a bunch of photos on my iPhone 4S, which I took before I updated to IOS 7.1. I then updated to IOS7.1, but I now cannot transfer those photos from my iPhone to iMac.

I've tried all the usual applications - Image Capture, iPhoto, Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, etc. All 'see' the iPhone, but they cannot 'see' the photos. Bridge's Photo Downloader 'sees' the iPhone, but says 'No valid files'. iCloud / Photostream won't do it either.


Whoever else has this issue, please don't just go 'me too'. Please take a few minutes to submit a bug report at http://www.apple.com/feedback/ It's the only way that Apple will understand that there's a problem here.
